Located in Jl Sahadewa, opposite Bali Beach Shack, this is one of the older bars in the Legian area, and is one of the three that compete for the loudest noise trophy every night with their band.

It can get really annoying sometimes, when these three bars try to 'out noise' each other, often with drunken Aussie 'yobbos' having a great time realising their lifetime dream to 'sing' in front of an audience of equally drunken 'yobbos'.Why must these people inflict their crap on other diners?..sometimes it is funny, but mostly it is boring and, unfortunately staff encourage it, or cant tell them to stop.

While some nights each of the three, have great music, the competition does little for conversation over the dinner table.

Having said that, Billy's has a faithful following and there's always atmosphere around the bar.Billy is well known and very popular among tourists.

Meals are average, however, and resonably priced. Drinks are cold and served quickly.The menu is typical of most restaurants in the area, with reasonable variety.Never had a bad meal there, and for the price is fine.

Staff are very friendly and can make your night memorable.

Can recommend as a good place to hangout and have a meal, a cold beer and listen to the odd good band and entertainment.
