Located off Gang Bene, this is a small budget hotel that is close to the beach altho you have to go out onto the laneway and down to Melasti St.

Rooms are ok, altho nothing to write home about, staff friendly and meals are average.Breakfast is set and probably better to go out for breakfast.

Rooms never have enough toilet paper and towels are always missing.

When you want something, they borrow it from another room..can be annoying..esp if you are sitting on the dunny waiting for paper!!

Priced around au$25 a night, value for money, but Puri Tanah Lot, over the laneway is better value.

Has a building site next door where the old Kuta Jaya hotel is being rebuilt, and is very noisy.Will be like this for some time as the works have just started.

Pool is small and clean, altho dust comes over the fence from the building site next door.

Recommend if nothing else is available nearby.
